Clinical Lab Technologist - Blood Bank - AnyPlace MD

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lab Technologist to join a high-volume blood bank lab. This full-time role offers an evening shift, competitive pay, and a sign-on bonus for the selected candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency tests on blood, serum, and other body fluids using both automated and manual equipment
  
• Review and release test results, and report abnormal values
  
• Maintain quality control data and resolve any QC issues
  
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and equipment maintenance
  
• Assist with order entry, specimen monitoring, and providing leadership for lab technicians
  
• Contribute to the training of new staff members
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  
• Active Clinical Lab Technologist license or limited permit (must obtain a provisional permit within three months)
  
• Experience with lab and hospital information systems, as well as a variety of lab equipment
