Job Details:

Duration: 13 weeks

Hourly pay range from $59 - 61.5

8-hour day shift

Key Responsibilities:

Perform complex and specialized laboratory tests on various specimens.

Analyze and interpret test results to assist in patient diagnosis.

Ensure accuracy and reliability through quality control measures.

Maintain and calibrate sophisticated lab equipment.

Document and communicate findings to healthcare providers.

Adhere to all laboratory safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field

Certification by a recognized accrediting agency (e.g., ASCP, AMT)

Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures, equipment, and protocols

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
