Position: Clinical Laboratory Scientist - blood bank
Location: San Luis Obispo County, California

• 1.5 Hours to Santa Barbara
• 3 hours to L.A.
• 3 hours to San Jose

Shift: 4 8s including every weekend! Starting at 6am
Comp: $45-51/hr (8% weekend differential)

To thrive in this role, you must be able to:

• Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match.
• Provide technical support to hospital transfusion services.
• Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.
• Be patient and detailed.
