We provide next-generation antibody testing which detects whether an autoimmune reaction is causing neurologic or psychiatric symptoms. Our Autoimmune Brain Panel™ is the first of its kind and it’s only provided at our laboratory.

As a regular full-time employee, you will work a flexible schedule Monday – Friday with hours sometime between 7 am – 6 pm, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. What you will do:
You will play an important role in our high complexity clinical and R&D laboratory and will be responsible for performing timed clinical tests and conduct experiments for research and development. You will have an opportunity to learn and grow with an organization that is involved in clinical and translational science to improve the lives of others.
Some other essential functions:
- Receives and processes specimens.
- Performs accurate analysis and data entry of essential information.
- Sets up new methodologies and develops procedural protocols.
- Participates in performance improvement activities and regulatory accreditation standards.
- Assists in maintenance of laboratory equipment including calibration, cleaning, and other functions as assigned.
- Maintains, orders, and receives laboratory supplies.
- Trains other employees in day-to-day procedures.
- Contact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
About you:
- Your Education: Bachelor of Science Degree or Graduate of a Medical Technologist (MT) program
- Your Experience: Research, cell culture, clinical lab technician/technologist
- Nice to have: Licenses/Certifications/Registrations: ASCP or equivalent (preferred)
- You have a strong working knowledge of laboratory principles and techniques.
- You have the ability to organize, analyze, and evaluate tests in terms of laboratory controls, methods, and in replicating analysis.
- You are resourceful, able to think quickly, and work well under pressure.
- You are a compassionate individual who enjoys helping others.
- You are a very detailed oriented person who can perform accurate and efficient data entry.
- You have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- You enjoy learning and want growth opportunities.
- You like to take initiative to complete tasks independently, recognize new opportunities, and make suggestions for improvement.
