SpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring a Full-Time Clinical Liaison to focus on York County!
Education/Training/Certifications:
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; RN or LPN from an accredited school.
Valid PA Drivers License
Experience:
Sales experience in a healthcare setting.

- Detail oriented & able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A self-starter and able to think & exercise independent judgment.
- Able to respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
- An enthusiastic person with sincere compassion for the senior population.
- Professional appearance & proper phone etiquette without fail.
- Computer Expertise Required: Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Marketing Database software
- Dependable & have flexibility with work hours.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals internal and external to the Community.
General Responsibilities:
- Promotes the SpiriTrust Hospice program to the community, local hospitals, medical centers, physicians, case managers, social workers and other healthcare professionals to maintain a healthy census in the skilled nursing community.
- Assists the Marketing Department in promoting Hospice to the community to the local area through participation on local boards, community groups, neighborhood block associations, and other organizations.
- Represents SpiriTrust Hospice in local organizations.
- Serves as patient advocate when residents are hospitalized.
Essential Duties:
- Drive revenue and meet/exceed associated sales goals.
- Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
- Perform tasks related to logging daily sales activity.
- Respond and follow through on sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
- Communicate internally about new opportunities, service issues and other issues that affect the day to day business of a community relations liaison.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison to optimize quality of service, business growth and resident satisfaction.
- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business goals, including costs and sales- especially managing personal time and productivity.
- Manage and control expenditures within established budgets.
- Actively participate in community organizations to promote the presence of Journey Hospice and to assist in the development of a viable, active referral base.
- Actively participate in all Special Events on & off the Campus.
- Coordinate Special Events & Open Houses for professionals to enhance awareness of program in the marketplace.
