Position Description:
As a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to elevate your career to the next level, you’ll join Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy as a Clinical Manager and lead a team of dedicated BCBAs in creating a positive and transformative impact.
- Supervision and Leadership: Oversee and guide a team of BCBAs, providing mentorship, and support, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Program Development: Design and implement effective, ethical behavior intervention programs tailored to the unique needs of each individual, ensuring clinical integrity and the highest quality of care.
- Clinical Oversight: Conduct regular assessments and analyses to monitor progress, making data-driven decisions to enhance intervention strategies.
- Staff Development: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the clinical team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of services, promoting a holistic approach to client care.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the highest standards of service delivery.
- Client and Family Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients and their families, serving as a point of contact for addressing concerns, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive therapeutic experience.

Location and Hours:
Clinical Managers are in the Center Monday – Friday and work 40+ hours/week. Opportunities are available throughout NJ, PA, DE, MA, VA, CT, and AZ.
Required Experience and Education:
- Obtained certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Leadership experience is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs as a BCBA; exceptions may be made.
- Clinical expertise in appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
- Proficient in technology, such as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
- It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.
- Candidates must possess the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on their feet as well as an ability to lift children to 50 lbs., on occasion.
Note: This role requires the ability to spend a significant amount of time crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
