Clinical Manager I - Sarasota Memorial Health Care System

Job Summary:

The Clinical Manager has 24/7 operational responsibility for a nursing unit which includes accountability for the quality of patient care, the performance of the nursing staff, assisting in the development and management of the budget, and the orientation, education, and development of the staff. Typically supervises up to 75 FTEs. This leadership position will cover all Outpatient Clinics. 

Required Qualifications:

- Require two (2) years of staff level nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prefer clinical supervisory or managerial experience.
- Prefer specialty certification.

Mandatory Education:

BSN: Bachelor of Science Nursing

Preferred Education:

MSN: Masters of Science Nursing

Required License and Certs:

BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR
FL RN: FL Registered Nurse License
