Key Responsibilities:
- Program Oversight: Lead team leads in developing and evaluating therapy programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering collaboration across teams.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all therapy and healthcare regulations and implement quality assurance protocols for safety, service delivery, and efficiency.
- Caseload Management: Maintain a small caseload to remain actively engaged with clients and provide insights into team dynamics and client needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement systems to track clinical performance, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery, client outcomes, and compliance.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational, Physical, or Speech Therapy, and licensed in Virginia.
- Minimum 5-7 years of pediatric experience as a treating therapist, with 3-5 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Experience ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality assurance standards.
- Proven ability to implement and analyze performance metrics to drive clinical improvements.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and leadership skills.
