About the Job
As the Clinical Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care, clinical operations, and compliance within our state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily clinical operations, ensuring safe and efficient patient care in line with best practices.
- Supervise and mentor nursing and clinical staff, providing ongoing education and support.
- Collaborate with physicians and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize performance and maintain a patient-centered environment.
- Handle patient and family concerns in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
- Manage the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Conduct staff evaluations and assist in recruitment and training of new clinical staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

Required Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)(Master’s degree preferred).
- Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
- Minimum of3-5 years of clinical management experience, preferably in a surgery center or hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
