Required Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational, Physical, or Speech Therapy, and licensed in Virginia.
- Minimum 5 years of pediatric experience as a treating therapist, with 2-3 years in a management or supervisory role.
- A solid understanding of industry regulations and quality assurance standards
- Proven experience in implementing and analyzing performance metrics to foster clinical improvements
- Strong business acumen paired with exceptional communication and leadership abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Oversight: Lead and inspire your team to develop and enhance therapy programs that embody our mission and encourage collaboration.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure our programs adhere to all regulatory standards while implementing quality assurance protocols to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
- Caseload Management: Maintain a small caseload to foster meaningful connections with clients and provide valuable insights into their needs and team dynamics.
- Performance Monitoring: Create and utilize systems to track clinical performance and client outcomes, fostering continuous improvement in our services.
