Key Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Clinical Manager, you’ll play a vital role in training and guiding clinical staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional care. You’ll work closely with the Clinical Director to develop ongoing training programs that elevate clinical competencies and meet state, federal, and ethical standards. You will also provide scheduled staffing, on-call consultations, and clinical supervision (if independently licensed) to licensed clinical staff.

What You Bring:
- Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health-Related Field: Essential for the role.
- Licensed at the Associate Level: With the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor).
- Experience: 1-3 years in Behavioral Health Care preferred. Experience in behavioral and medical crisis situations is a plus.

Pay Details: $72,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
