Clinical Manager - VNA - Berkshire Health Systems

• DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
  • The Clinical Manager will direct, coordinate and evaluate the delivery of home health services to a team of patients ensuring compliance with agency policy, and State and Federal home health regulations. Monitors attainment of the objectives of the team activities.
• POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
  • Experience:
    • Two years of community health experience in a Medicare certified agency.
    • Demonstrated clinical competency and current knowledge of the principles and practices of home care.
    • Healthcare management experience preferred.
    • Demonstrated familiarity with DPH and Joint Commission regulatory standards preferred.
    • Demonstrated coaching/team building skills required.
  • Education and Training:
    • Associate's Degree in Nursing or DPT, PT, OT SLP from an accredited program required.
    • BSN in nursing preferred.
  • License, Certification & Registration:
    • RN/Rehab- Licensed as an RN, OT, PT, ST in MA.
    • OASIS - OASIS Certification within first two years in the position.

    • Must possess a valid, current MA driver's license and be able to drive in inclement weather.

    • Demonstrated flexibility both in thought process and in time availability.
