As the Clinical Manager of our fast-paced internal medicine office, you skillfully lead staff members in providing the best services possible for our patients. Every day is a new opportunity to learn and make a positive impact as you guide your clinical and reception team in performing their job duties. You oversee daily workflow, manage administrative processes, address patient concerns, and coach your team, empowering everyone to do their best and excel in their roles!

YOUR SCHEDULE

Our Clinical Manager has an 8-hour shift, Monday - Friday.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations
• Familiarity with financial management principles in a medical setting
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
• Proficiency with Athena
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and follow up on tasks without reminders
