Shift Times: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Hours/Day: 10 hours

Shift Notes: 4 - 10 hour shifts

Salary Range: $35.40/hour

Job Overview:

The Clinical Nursing Supervisor will play a key part in ensuring the highest quality patient care, providing support and leadership to the nursing staff, and overseeing the continuity of patient care during the night shift. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while contributing to staff development and ensuring a safe and efficient patient care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direction, consultation, and problem-solving for patient care issues and business continuity during the night shift.
• Ensure a safe, effective, and efficient patient care environment, addressing any challenges that may arise.
• Communicate any patient care concerns to the appropriate departmental leadership.
• Support staff development through collaboration with the clinical educator and informatics nurse, participating in initiatives related to education, quality, patient safety, and professional development.
• Lead by example, maintaining a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care and fostering teamwork among staff.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse Licensure required (Compact License allowed).
• Experience: Previous experience in a charge nurse or supervisory role preferred.
• Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support): Required (must be uploaded with the profile).
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support): Preferred.
• Relevant nursing certification is highly encouraged and supported after employment.
