We are looking for an Area Supervisor to lead all aspects of our restaurant. You will motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. Area Manager responsibilities include maintaining revenue, profitability and quality goals. We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurants runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.
Job Duties
- Provide supervision over our restaurant locations
- Determine ways to increase profitability through maximizing sales and minimizing costs
- Review monthly sales goals and provide updates, asking for support when needed
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
- Collaborate with restaurant managers, providing guidance as needed
