A healthcare organization in Florida is actively seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to join their growing team! This individual will oversee the daily operations for nursing staff, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant collection of stem cell products.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure staff compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff.
• Manage schedules and daily assignments.
• Address patient complaints and concerns.
• Train and coach nursing staff.
• Perform duties related to stem cell collection, including phlebotomy and quality control.
• Maintain accurate records and a clean work environment.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Support team members as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 5 years of experience in stem cell collection.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work flexible shifts.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.

Education:

• Master's in Nursing or Healthcare; RN license; relevant experience required.
