The primary responsibility of the Clinical Operations Manager is to provide visible, on-site leadership in several specialty areas that include Allergy, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Retinal, Pulmonology, Endocrinology, Nephrology and Rheumatology. You will work closely with Providers, Nursing, Service Line, Support Services and Revenue Cycle leaders to monitor, evaluate, and improve provider and employee engagement, service excellence, clinical quality, environment of care and financial performance within their location. Responsible for supporting the local execution of practice-wide improvement strategies.
This position requires travel throughout our service area forging relationships and driving quality. You can be located anywhere in our service area with ideal locations being in Fishkill or Carmel which would allow the best access to our various locations.

Competency Requirements:

- Financial Management: Develops and monitors annual operational and capital budgets for area of responsibility

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of NY
- 3+ years of experience, in a multi-specialty Practice setting, 2 of which in a leadership role
- Demonstrated successful track record in a leadership position
- Demonstrated exceptional communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with staff
Preferred Qualification:
- Proficient Computer Skills (EMR, Outlook, Word, Excel)
New York Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
