Clinical Operations Project Coordinator - Southern Veterinary Partners

Southern Veterinary Partners (SVP) is seeking an analytically minded individual, with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to collaborate with all departments to strategically grow our hospitals as we continue to rapidly add to our existing network. The individual’s analyses, recommendations, and ability to execute collaboratively will directly impact the growth of dozens of hospitals under their guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage project activities for multiple projects simultaneously
• Partner with Clinical Ops VPs to determine Initiative Priorities, Performance Expectations and Project Timelines
• Use Leadership Team inputs to plan and execute Clinical Operations Events
• Regularly communicate and provide accountability for Project Statuses and Tasks to Regional Directors
• Launching, maintaining, and continuously improving Clinical Operations Initiatives
• Lead and manage project documentation
• Oversee excellent (internal) client experience within Clinical Operations Project Platforms
• Prepare and maintain detailed project status reports
• Act as a key point of contact on defined initiatives
• Preparing and leading Project Meetings as well as ensuring project meeting notes are captured and recaps are prepared for distribution to the project team
• Regularly communicate with key stakeholders and Field Leaders on Initiative Launches, Updates, Performance and Execution
