Role Overview: 33068927 Clinical Pharmacist
The Clinical Pharmacist completes assigned operational tasks using standard appropriate tools (Siebel, BA, Clinical Rules Platform, Criteria, Coverage Benefits, etc.) and provides support to client requests under the direction of the Managers and other team members. Responsibilities include (but not limited to) support of service transactions associated with business needs including but not limited to business partner support and internal team support, handling daily request tracking, researching operational issues and running reports for internal and external clients upon request; provide documentation related to completion of assigned tasks. The Clinical Pharmacist will provide support to the team and escalate issues, risks, concerns as needed. The applicant will be expected to work in agile, flexible shift model which will include supporting 2nd shift schedule (12-8 pm EST) including weekends to help meet business and operational deliverables.

Job Functions
- Accurately analyze & configure benefit intent
- Work with internal partners to ensure all implications of requested clinical benefit requirements are vetted, understood and communicated as necessary
- Accountable for timely and accurate translation of client intent into the appropriate clinical systems.
- Track and communicate status of service requests as necessary
- Meet with business partners to discuss and clarify clinical benefit requirements
- Analyze new requirement against existing setup
- Clarifying implications of intent
- Provide assistance to team members with POST GO LIVE issue resolution.
- Translate requirements as necessary into internal requests/submissions for vendor.
- Manages and tracks all requests to ensure timelines are met including the proactive management of client specific performance guarantees.
- Responsible for communicating completed benefit notifications to client with documentation of accurate set up.
- Complete random review of work completed by coding teams
- Develop an understanding of associated clinical applications
- Will act as resource in the build and maintenance of the “Client Benefits”
QUALIFICATIONS
- RPh, PharmD preferred
- Current RPh Licensure in good standing as required by the state in which work is performed
- Microsoft office with a strong understanding of Excel and Access
- Written and verbal communication (listening, feedback; translating complex ideas/processes), collaboration, analytical thinking/critical thinking, results-oriented and organizational skills.
Location and Schedule:
- This is a fully remote role open to candidates across the US

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, and expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $38.79-$51.72/hr
