Under minimal supervision, fill orders for parenteral and enteral medications, monitor patient drug therapies and provide drug information, supervise and direct support personnel.

Required qualifications:
+ PharmD Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy.
+ New Mexico Pharmacist Clinician - New Mexico Board of Pharmacy upon hire.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
