Clinical Practitioner III - The Center for Health Care Services

We are searching for a motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated Clinical Practitioner III to join our team.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Practitioner III will provide direct services for consumers, and complete associated documentation for the consumer and program.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS &ndash: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Statement of Duties

1. Provide direct clinical services, diagnostic assessments and other clinical assessments to consumers

2. Ensure clinical documentation is submitted in accordance with Center standards, and meets all designated requirements

3. Link and refer consumers presenting to clinic to appropriate services (internal and/or external) as indicated

4. Comply with and participate in Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement processes

REQUIRED EDUCATION, LICENSURE (CREDENTIALS), EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Required Experience:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Must have & maintain current license in good standing in the State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT,) and/or a Counseling/Clinical Psychologist (CCP)
2. Master's degree from an accredited university or college in a Behavioral Health field
3. Must be able to be credentialed with all Center payors
4. Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications and system databases demonstrated documentation skills
5. Experience working with youth/families: effective communication
6. Must be bilingual English/Spanish

• Preferred requirements
• Two years experience providing similar services
