Description
Clinical Program Coordinator RN at Providence Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. This is a full-time, day position that will work 8-hour shift.
This position serves as an educator, facilitator, mentor and coordinator for the Tarzana Medical Center's Stroke & Policy Administration programs. Demonstrates expertise in assessment, treatment and care of stroke patients and knowledge and expertise in the development, process and oversight of organizational policies, procedures and/or protocols. Musts be competent to analyze patient data and work collaboratively with the organizations clinical and medical staff to further program initiatives supported by evidenced based practices to ensure safe, competent care and services as achieved and all regulatory requirements are satisfied. Performs all duties in a manner that supports team concepts, caring and respect, reflecting the philosophy of the organization.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
- 5 years Clinical experience in nursing with knowledge of stroke care
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training - Quality Improvement/Data Analysis
- Upon hire: Certification in Neuroscience/Stroke
- Policy and/or Process improvement proficiency
- Management/coordination of interdisciplinary programs/services
