Acenda Integrated Health is recruiting for a Clinical Program Director to support the Supportive Visitation Services Program in Gloucester, Westhampton, and Atlantic Counties, New Jersey. (The position is currently hybrid format.)

Program Overview:
Supportive Visitation Services promote and maintain the parent-child bond and support positive family interactions by facilitating weekly visitation with children in an out of home placement and their parents, relatives, and siblings. The goals of the program are to foster effective communication, enhance parenting, achieve permanency and maintain reunification

Program Overview:
Supportive Visitation Services promote and maintain the parent-child bond and support positive family interactions by facilitating weekly visitation with children in an out of home placement and their parents, relatives, and siblings. The goals of the program are to foster effective communication, enhance parenting, achieve permanency and maintain reunification
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and professionally develop visitation staff following the Supervision for Success protocols.
- Collaborate regularly with SPD and VP to review, trouble shoot and create strategies aimed at enhancing program and developing staff.
- Oversee staff's weekly schedules and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Regional Coordinators to assign and monitor staff's cases.
- Ensure intake assessments are comprehensive of family strengths and needs and align with family interaction plan goals and interventions.
- Ensure Visit Planning Meetings occur per required time frames and families receive appropriate level of care.
- Display effective problem-solving, sound judgement, critical thinking and independent decision making as needed.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with program leadership and staff to ensure consistent coordination of visits.
- Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with external partners to generate ongoing referrals and to ensure effective case coordination and interventions.
- Ensure staff function in accordance with Program Manual, agency policies and procedures and DCF guidelines.
- Oversee staff documentation in agency's ECR and DCF's NJSpirit database.
- Operate conscientiously in accordance with program budget; Ensure accurate oversight of funding for services and billing.
- Facilitate onboarding and implement staff training and orientation to ensure staff have the competency and credentials for their positions.
- Ensure staff provide culturally competent service delivery.
- Educate self on issues impacting the program population.
- Appropriately and timely communicate programmatic or job-related concerns to supervisor and makes suggestions for improvement.
- Use PQI data to ensure best practice and further improve program outcomes.
- Complete and submit accurate written reports and documents per established guidelines.
- Uphold ethical standards in accordance with the Social Work Code of Ethics.
- Conduct self in a professional manner that positively reflects the agency culture.
- Attend agency and program meetings and trainings within established time frames.
- Follow program policies and procedures and encourage the same in others.
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field.
- Must have a valid NJ professional (clinical) license (LPC, LCSW)
- Must have a minimum of five years of work experience providing mental health services including at least 2 years providing mental health or therapeutic services to children, adolescents and/or families.
- Preferred experience working with families involved with the child welfare system.
- Must have supervisory experience.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
