About the Job
Job Title: Clinical Program Director - Youth & Family Services
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Hybrid: Combination of in-office and remote work
- In-office: Minimum 1x per month for team meetings
- Travel: Up to 4x per year for program office visits, 2x per month for provider referrals, and 4x per year for training sessions
Salary:
- $95,680 annually
Job Responsibilities:
Support Planning for Children and Young Adults:
- Develop care plans for children and young adults with complex needs from various settings (e.g., hospitals, residential treatment facilities, and family homes)
- Provide clinical guidance to ensure best practices are followed
- Promote trauma-informed care and resilience-based recovery strategies
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with the complex needs planning team and director
- Participate in regular check-ins with clinical directors
- Coordinate efforts across different offices and systems as needed
Referral Support:
- Review, process, and track referrals for youth in need of services
- Participate in planning meetings with regional and central office staff
- Develop and maintain tools for case planning and support team members during discussions on new referrals
Policy & Capacity Building:
- Identify system challenges and suggest improvements
- Provide training to providers, professionals, and families
- Inform policies and stay updated on best practices and community resources
- Assist with capacity-building projects and regional collaborations
Transition Support:
- Assist with planning for youth transitioning to community-based care, with a focus on long-term success
- Support risk and quality management efforts for youth in treatment and transition phases

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Graduate degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
- 5+ years of clinical experience working with children, youth, and young adults (ages 0-21) with complex needs
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Knowledge of Positive Practices/Approaches and the Recovery Model frameworks in Pennsylvania
- Experience collaborating with various stakeholders to support youth with complex needs
