Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Program Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role will be responsible for overseeing the clinical staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery, and managing program operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight & Leadership
- Lead, guide, and support the clinical team to achieve program goals and maintain high standards of care.
- Supervise both individual and group therapeutic activities, implementing effective treatment methods and processes.
- Ensure comprehensive clinical care is provided, with seamless integration of clinical functions across all program areas.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure that all clinical documentation is current, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and internal standards.
- Monitor clinical practices to uphold industry regulations and ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
Program Coordination & Workflow Management
- Oversee daily operations of the clinical program, managing activities and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical program services and initiatives to meet objectives and improve overall performance.
- Assign tasks, coordinate work priorities, and evaluate staff performance to foster professional growth and program effectiveness.
Collaboration & Problem-Solving
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify challenges, develop solutions, and improve program delivery.
- Address cost-containment opportunities and assist in the implementation of new services, systems, and performance measures to drive program efficiency.
Financial & Budgetary Management
- Monitor and maintain adherence to program budget, ensuring operations remain cost-effective.
- Oversee and approve program expenditures, purchases, and other financial actions to ensure they align with budget guidelines and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Management); advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in clinical program management, with a strong track record in leading clinical staff and operations.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards, clinical documentation practices, and treatment modalities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
