Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential need for a Clinical Psychologist.

Location: Buckley Space Force Base, CO
Position Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychological services, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and consultation to a diverse population. You will be integral in supporting mental health resilience and readiness.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education:
  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited institution.
• Internship/Residency:
  • Completion of an APA-accredited internship in psychology.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years full-time, post-licensure treatment experience.
  • Experience in behavioral interventions, crisis management, public speaking, and case management.
  • Recent clinical peer reviews (within the past 2 years).
• Licensure:
  • Active, unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist in any U.S. state or territory.
• Certification:
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Skills:
  • Independent practice without supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with military culture is a plus.

Core Duties:

• Conduct psychological evaluations using clinical interviews, psychological tests, and collateral information.
• Provide individual and group therapy for medical and surgical patients.
• Establish psychiatric diagnoses based on DSM criteria.
• Develop and present training and briefings for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Army, DHA, and Combatant Command policies on deployment assessments.
