Summary:
To provide support in leadership, consultation, and training in organizational efforts to design and implement care programs throughout appropriate sites. Represents the organization in providing consultation services to external clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide direct and indirect integrated care clinical services and serve as the behavioral health champion.
- Conduct meetings for departmental members apprising them of program and agency developments.
- Consult with medical providers to develop assessment and treatment protocols as well as designing training programs for providers.
- Support clinical therapists to include Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors
- Support care coordinators in the discharge of their duties to the program.
- Design and implement formal training programs relative to specific topics on integrated care for primary care and behavioral health providers.
- Provide consultation and development of integrated delivery systems in collaboration with members of the management team.
- Monitor the site’s behavioral health program, identifying problems related to patient services and making recommendations for improvement.
- Adhere to Kentucky State Board of Psychology requirements regarding supervision and practice, ethical guidelines, and board approved practice regulations.
- Will coordinate integrated care rotation and serve as clinical supervisor to students, interns, practicum placements, and post master’s clinicians requiring supervision prior to licensure as a psychological associate or psychologist
- Oversee MAT programs with an interdisciplinary team.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Team members will participate in the review and evaluation processes of practice performance and help to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Team members will participate in Grace Health's advocacy program.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software and leadership skills including the following: critical thinking, data analysis, operational objectives, personnel management, quality improvement, and other managerial functions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology; or four to ten years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licensed Psychologist in the state of Kentucky.
