Job Position: Clinical Quality Associate
Essential Functions:
- Assisting the Clinical Quality Manager in executing various administrative tasks.
- Handling a variety of quality and population health projects assigned to you.
- Utilizing the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to compare and reconcile patient medical records, ensuring the resolution of report discrepancies.
- Compiling and consolidating reports from multiple insurance companies using Excel spreadsheets.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain regular communication with insurance companies on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Actively participate in meetings focused on quality measures and strategies, involving insurance companies, vendors, and internal managers.
- Perform additional administrative duties, including report generation, data compilation, record analysis, and related tasks pertaining to HEDIS Clinical Quality measures.
Qualifications:
- Full-time (40 hours/week).
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to multitask efficiently and navigate multiple systems, including EMR and company portals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HEDIS is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience in similar field preferred, but not required.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred, but not required.
