Role Overview:
Our client, a network of senior care affiliates, is seeking a Clinical Reimbursement Manager to join their team in the Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will leverage clinical data to maximize reimbursements.
Compensation: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00
Location: Bronx, New York
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am 5 pm
Responsibilities:
Conducting resident assessments using minimum data sets (MDS)
Utilizing clinical documentation to inform reimbursement strategies
Performing utilization reviews for insurance payers
Preparing facilities for audits and surveys
Collaborating cross-functionally to drive care quality
Qualifications:
Licensed Registered Nurse in NYS
Bachelor's in Nursing; Master's preferred
3+ years in care facility reimbursement
Completion of NYS PRI assessor program
Expertise in Medicare guidelines and MDS
