We are seeking a new Clinical Specialist (Remote) to join our team based in or near the Los Angeles CA market. Your role will be to function under the direction of the Manager/Director. Must be flexible with work hours to meet customer need, this may include short notice assignments and weekends. Must be dependable, accountable, and cooperative. The Clinical Product Specialist augments the sales process for all PUMA systems, partnering with sales and the current or intended customer to drive the clinical aspects of product evaluations, implementations and training needs to advance and/or maintain stages within the sales cycle, with the sole purpose of case support. The Clinical Product Specialist will also assist in tradeshows, workshops, and society conferences as needed.
Activities include, but are not limited to, onsite case support, presentation delivery, comprehensive training plan development, didactic program delivery, objection handling, and solution positioning that supports the safe and effective use of the CoapTech product portfolio. This job will require 85-90% travel including overnight.
You will report to our Director of Customer Experience.
What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within our client companies.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with our products and services.
- Manage multiple projects at varying stages.
- Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
- Travel as needed to provide on-site case support.
What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
- Ultrasound Imaging, Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
- Interventional Radiology
- Interventional Procedures
- ARRT/RDMS
