Kids On The Move is seeking a highly skilled BCBA to lead a small team of BCBAs or Behavior Analyst interns. This role requires candidates to have a minimum of three years of certified experience as a BCBA, with previous mentorship experience preferred. The position offers the opportunity to provide invaluable support to clients, staff, and team members, ensuring the implementation of the highest quality services.
Role Responsibilities
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will have the chance to train the next generation of BCBAs and Interns while positively impacting the clients and families served by Kids On The Move. Responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of 2-4 BCBAs or 2-4 Behavior Analyst Interns
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to both clients and staff
- Training team members on clinical and operational procedures
- Developing a supportive team atmosphere and meeting team goals
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 - $85,000/year
- Work Schedule: 230 workdays per year, promoting a healthy work-life balance

- Continuing Education Budget: BCBAs at Kids On The Move can earn and save $75.00/month towards online or in-person ABA conferences, workshops, and CEUs, including travel expenses
- $2000 Annual Bonus Opportunity
Qualifications
- BCBA Certification, minimum 3 years
- LBA Certification in Utah (assistance provided for out-of-state applicants)
- Professional experience as a BCBA, with mentorship experience preferred
- Ability to meet with clients and staff throughout Utah County
