Our client is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW/LPC) to provide support and expertise in behavioral health. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of programs and curriculums under the behavioral health umbrella, providing clinical and operational supervision of apprentices.
Location: Portland, OR
Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000/year
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities as the Clinical Supervisor (LCSW/LPC):
- Supervision: Develop relationships, manage hiring and training, oversee staff performance, ensure clinical privileging, and provide direct care as needed.
- Clinical Excellence: Collaborate with leadership for high-quality, trauma-informed services, provide and document supervision, train staff, perform chart reviews, and ensure clinical competency.
- Expertise: Advanced knowledge in counseling, behavioral health, dual diagnosis, and evidence-based practices. Manage outcome reporting and ensure access for underserved communities.
- Skills: Proficiency in de-escalation methods, change management, public speaking, training, and facilitation.
- Education: Registered with OR State licensing board for QMHP certification. CADC II or CADC III required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in supervisory or leadership roles. 5 years of direct care experience preferred.
- Skills: Knowledge of care placement, clinical care models, and effective work in diverse environments.
- Licensure: Licensed to practice as an LCSW or LPC. Current CPR certification required.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of electronic health record systems.
