Atlantic Medical Group is seeking Clinical Supervisor, RN for busy AMG Primary Care office in Westfield, NJ.
Responsible for supervising practice office staff and procedures to maintain quality services and efficient operations.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Provides direct patient care, which includes preparation for patient visit, assessment, advocating for patient, working in conjunction with physician with medications, and care plans
2. Provides assistance and guidance to Certified Medical Assistants
3. Conducts phone triaging
4. Oversees medication management
5. Educates patients and families, along with coordinating and participating in community education programs.
6. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
7.Other related duties as assigned.
