ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Clinical Team Coordinator manages patient records on a daily basis.
2. Receives and routes daily incoming mail, calls and team responsibilities.
3. Supports the office workflow
4. Works with clinical team to ensure schedules are accurate and patient needs are met.
Special projects and other related duties as assigned by the Executive Director/Clinical Director.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school graduate or equivalent.
2. Two (2) years back office experience
3. Previous health care related experience.
Homecare Homebase(EMR) knowledge not required but preferred
SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Excellent customer service skills is a must.
2. Ability to type 50 words per minute
3. Word processing/spreadsheet skills
