About the Job
Applicant must be Licensed in the State of TN or on par for being licensed in TN (already linked with a supervisor and tracking the 1000 hours of clinical experience) in Mental Health Counseling., Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or another related field.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family, Psychology or a related field.
- Licensed required.
- Proven experience in conducting patient assessments.
- Expertise in various evidenced based therapeutic treatment modalities.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate mental health needs and diagnose according to the current DSM Manual.
- Provide individual therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Provide direct support and guidance to clients in crisis situations.
