We are looking for a committed and certified fee-for-service Clinician to conduct therapy sessions for clients struggling with depression and anxiety. The ideal candidate must be licensed in Massachusetts as an LICSW or as a LCSW under supervision. The part-time position is a Remote/Telecommute opportunity that offers flexible scheduling from your home office. Candidates already certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) are an ideal fit, but not required.

Compensation: $65 per session
Key Responsibilities:
EMDR Therapy Solutions and Wellness (Plymouth, MA) seeks a committed and certified therapist to staff its growing clinical practice on a part-time basis. The clinician must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a LICSW or a LCSW that can work with insurances under our supervision. This position will provide therapy sessions in an off-site location, offering flexible scheduling from your home office, while making a significant impact on clients’ mental health. A clinician certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) techniques is a big plus. Previous experience working in a fee-for-service or private practice model is ideal. - Deliver remote/telecommute individual therapy sessions using treatment modalities to address trauma, anxiety, and related mental health concerns.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and needs.
- Maintain thorough, confidential, and up-to-date client records and session documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Create a supportive, empathetic, and confidential online therapy environment.
- Stay current with EMDR best practices and ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and referral sources as necessary to support client care.
- Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid licensure for independent practice (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state of [Insert State].
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients via digital platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a flexible, off-site work schedule effectively.
- Certification in EMDR from a recognized training organization is desirable, but not required.
