Are you a creative and solution-focused LMHC or LCSW? Our client is seeking a dedicated Clinical Trainer to join their team!
As a Clinical Trainer, you will work closely with the organization’s Director and act as a Project Manager to support various institutes in developing and delivering behavioral health education and regulatory training to staff and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement a variety of professional development opportunities for staff and community partners to enhance knowledge, skills, and competency.
- Utilize a social justice lens and public health model to develop curricula for adult learners, focusing on community-based health perspectives.
- Create and design curriculum that adheres to quality and regulatory standards, meeting State, Federal, grant, and funding source mandates.
- Facilitate live, online, and hybrid courses and training sessions for staff, community stakeholders, and non-profits.

Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field, with 5-7 years of experience in behavioral health and community-based settings.
- Master’s Degree, PhD, or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field (MA, M.Ed., MS, MSW, PhD, PsyD, Public Health) preferred.
- 3-5 years of licensure or clinical experience preferred (LMHC, LCSW).
