Summary:
As the Clinical Training Manager at Tri-anim Health Services, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse minds in the healthcare industry. Your role will lead the development of training resources and facilitation of training events in support of the acute care sales team.
Organizational Impact:
The Clinical Training Manager will be pivotal in enhancing the knowledge and skills of our sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the needs of healthcare professionals in the acute care hospital setting. In addition to training content development and delivery, this dynamic role will support our CEU program and manage our sales enablement platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for education. You will make a significalt impact by:
- Being a Trusted Clinical Resource and Trainer
- Design and create comprehensive training materials, including live or virtual presentations, and e-learning modules, focused on our strategic product categories and relevant clinical practices.
- Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops for the sales team, utilizing various training methodologies and technologies.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance team members’ clinical understanding and sales techniques.
- Evaluating Team Needs and Continually Improving Training Programs
- Identify training needs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement in team performance and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team.
- Adapt training programs based on the evolving needs of the sales team and changes in the healthcare landscape.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions. Prepare reports on training outcomes and provide recommendations for future training initiatives.
- Collaborating with Cross-functional Partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts, Product Management, and suppliers to ensure content is current, relevant, and aligns with industry standards.
- Work closely with sales leadership, Product Management, and other departments to align training initiatives with overall business goals and strategies.
- Serve as a vital resource for Product Management and New Product Development teams, providing clinical insights and feedback during special projects and the introduction of new products and technologies.
- Manage the Tri-anim CEU program and sales enablement platform in support of the sales team field activities.
Essential Requirements:
- Travel: Up to 20% travel, including national training events and new hire trainings.
- Driving: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.
- Physical Demand: Ability to lift at least 20 lbs. without limitations.
Skills and Expertise:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of clinical experience as a respiratory therapist or critical care nurse.
- Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills with strong leadership, team building, and execution skills in a training environment.
Professional verbal and written communication skills. - Licensed Respiratory Therapist, or Registered Nurse with a strong background in Critical Care or Anesthesia.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing and delivering clinical training content across a variety of training modalities.
- Strong presence, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Outlook, CRM, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams for Business. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Highly organized with the ability to implement tactics efficiently.
