LMSW - BH Clinician Position Summary

We are looking for an empathetic and efficient Clinician to join our crisis services team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assessing and providing brief interventions to individuals in crisis, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health assessments to determine the immediate needs of individuals in crisis.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and crisis intervention specialists.
• Provide brief interventions and crisis counseling to individuals to stabilize their mental health.
• Offer referrals to appropriate follow-up services and resources.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.

LMSW - BH Clinician Position Requirements

Education

Master’s Degree in Social Work required or Master’s Degree in Counseling or related field

Required License and/or Certification

• LMSW/ LGPC required LCSW-C or LCPC required.

Experience

• 2-4 years of related work experience preferred. 1-2 years in crisis assessment and evaluation preferred.

• Variable shifts depending on the needs of the department.
