Job Title: Behavioral Health Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive behavioral health assessments and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with primary care providers to ensure integrated care.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on mental health issues and resources.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
