We are a locally owned and operated supplier of closet systems, mirrors, hardware, glass enclosures and railings that we fabricate and install in homes all over West Michigan.  We partner with homeowners on remodel projects as well as work directly with home builders on new construction developments.

At Studio G, we are passionate about the details.  Specifically, the finishing details that make a house into a thoughtfully curated home – balancing color, texture, finish and high-quality craftsmanship.  We take great pride in providing quality interior products and delivering a premium client experience.

Toward that end, we also work diligently to provide a premium employee experience.  We know that our team makes the difference, so we invest significantly in our people.   We aim to be an employer of choice in our industry.

Studio G has been owned by the Gugino family for over 28 years.  We anticipate significant growth in 2024 and beyond, so we’re currently looking to add new team members to our staff.  No experience?  That’s ok!  We will train you.

Role – Closet Installer (FULL TIME)

Studio G is looking for experienced installers closet systems at residential and commercial customer locations across West Michigan.  

Ideal candidates should be customer-service oriented, take pride in a job well done, be open to learning, have a positive attitude and be comfortable with physical labor.  

You’ll be doing a lot of this:

• Measuring, lifting, using construction tools and equipment
• Working as part of a team
• Loading and unloading trucks/vans
• Installing of designed closet systems into client or builder homes
• Communicating with customers 
• Reporting job and time details

So, you should have this:

• Comfort using technology and tools/equipment; ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment 
• Sharp decision-making skills and receptive to learn; valid/unrestricted driver license
• Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency; ability to read tape measure fractions
• Ability to perform adjustments and modifications as needed, possessing excellent problem solving abilities 
• Self-starter with strong work ethic with the ability to work extended hours during critical periods
