Whether you're new to the trade or an experienced installer, we have something to offer you! Depending on experience, you earn $15.00 - $35.00+/hour. The right person could also be eligible for commission! Plus, we have an incredible benefits package, which includes:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Some carpentry experience, either as a hobby or in a professional environment
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to service the greater Pittsburgh area

While not required, these bonus criteria would set you apart and help you earn a higher wage:

• Experience as a cabinet or closet installer
• Experience working with an industry competitor such as Closet Factory, Cabinet Worx, or California Closets

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A CLOSET INSTALLER - TRIM CARPENTER

Standard working hours are from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday. You go until the job is done, so your workday length may vary. Overtime is available.

Every day brings something a little different as you tackle various installation and carpentry responsibilities to create amazing results for clients. Attention to detail is crucial as you go over job plans, properly load materials into vans, and complete tasks according to the client's specifications and our quality standards. With a great attitude, you drive to your assigned location and communicate with the client about the job. You skillfully install closets by cleanly tearing down existing products, preparing and painting walls, performing light carpentry, and following all instructions. When the job is done, you gain the client's approval before collecting payment and returning to the warehouse.
