What you will be responsible for:

Cloud Architecture:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Lead the migration of legacy systems to cloud environments, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
• Implement cloud governance policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost efficiency and performance.
• Leverage a strong background in HPC and GPU cloud computing, cloud services, artificial intelligence, big data, storage services, and be familiar with the forefront of relevant technologies.
• Design and implement scalable, secure cloud architectures compliant with regulations (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST).

Technology Leadership:

• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to the IT team.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation, including blockchain, edge computing, serverless computing, AI-driven cloud services, and advanced AI/ML techniques.
• Manage relationships with cloud service providers and negotiate contracts and SLAs.
• Ensure robust security measures and disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Participate in open-source projects and build/manage open-source communities.

AI Integration:

• Possess comprehensive insights and understanding of AI cloud business, familiar with AI training and inference processes, and in-depth architecture and algorithm optimization.
• Be familiar with technologies and developments such as LLM, Agents, multimodal, etc., and capable of providing application services required by AI applications.
• Drive the development and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI into products and services.
• Develop AI strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud architecture or similar roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, AWS, and/or CISSP.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, data analytics, networking, and security.
• Proficiency in cloud-native application architecture and container orchestration systems (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Slurm).
• Proficiency in modern software development techniques such as DevOps and CI/CD toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, Spinnaker, Azure DevOps, GitHub).
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, VMware, Windows Server, Linux, storage solutions (NAS, SAN), relational databases, and web services (Apache, Tomcat, IIS).
• Familiarity with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Golang, Python, Ruby, PowerShell).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages (C++, C#, Golang, Java, Node.js, Python).
