" Prior Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Module
" Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
" Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration
" Prior experience of developing Oracle Journey, email notification using Alert Composer / BIP, approval workflow.
" Prior experience of developing solution using Document of Record.
" Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
" Prior experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
" Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
" Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.Nice to Have
" Prior knowledge of ORC, Talent, Learn, Compensation will advantage.
" Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Deployment, Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Time and Pay Management
