Job Description:
- 12+ years IT industry experience.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in Business Analysis.
- Minimum 2 years' experience performing cloud operations analysis related to public cloud (Azure preferred).
- Understanding of a broad range of cloud technologies in an automated deployment environment.
- Solid understanding of best-practices around process reengineering methodologies and related deliverables.Reengineering efforts will be focused around cloud related operations, development operations and application migration support services running on public cloud, virtualized and non-virtualized platforms.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes as they relate to public/private cloud operations, governance, management and support.
- Experience implementing and supporting enterprise system monitoring tools.
- Experience in a DevOps environment.
- Critical attention to detail, thoroughness and documentation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly in documenting and teaching and improving processes.
- Ability to work in a team environment, making decisions based upon priorities, schedules and an understanding of business initiatives.
- Ability to work as part of a team in building, administering, and deploying automated systems and application deployments especially in an enterprise environment.
