This role currently works on a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison for enterprise clients, delivering exceptional service and cultivating robust, trust-based relationshipsLead and mentor a team of cloud operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellenceEvaluate the IT infrastructure and operations organization (people, process, and technology) to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure reliable operationsEnsure our cloud infrastructure complies with industry regulations and implement security measures to safeguard dataLead the resolution of technical issues, managing escalations with a solutions-focused approach, and communicating updates clearly and effectively to clientsStrong monitoring, alerting and incident management automation experienceStay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practiceAutomate routine tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human errorDocument cloud infrastructure and processes for future referenceOversee the recruitment, performance management, and training processes to build a cohesive and high-performing teamRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years’ experience in Public and Private Cloud InfrastructurePossess a broad range of skills and a hands-on approach to tackling technical challengesSeasoned team leader with experience inspiring collaborative team environments, overseeing daily operations, and leading team through conflict resolutionBackground in infrastructure architecture, systems administration, network administration and storage administrationExcellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external vendorsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex cloud-related issues efficientlyExperience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Demonstrates the business and financial acumen necessary to develop and present data-based ideas and solutions in a clear, concise, organized mannerBusiness traveling up to ~20%Work from the office on a hybrid schedule according to company policyMust be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.BenefitsSamsung SDSA offers a comprehensive suite of programs to support our employees:Top-notch medical, dental, vision and prescription coverageWellness programParental leave401K match and savings planFlexible spending accountsLife insurancePaid HolidaysPaid Time offAdditional benefits Samsung SDS America, Inc
