Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Architect to join our Blue Mantis Cloud Service Provider (CSP) line of business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, working closely with account representatives to identify, qualify, quote, and close opportunities. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with other Solutions Architects across the portfolio and the FinOps service delivery team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of opportunities.
- Conduct pre-sales meetings with clients, customers, and prospects.
- Conduct demo(s) of the CloudLighthouse platform for clients, customers, and prospects.
- Work with account representatives to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Develop and present quotes and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with account representatives to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Work closely with other Solutions Architects across the portfolio to design and implement comprehensive solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with the FinOps service delivery team to ensure successful delivery and integration of solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during the pre-sales process.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience working as a Cloud Presales Architect.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably within the CSP or IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure and other CSP offerings such as AWS, GCP, Adobe.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with pipeline management and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of FinOps principles and practices is a plus.
