Job Description:
Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience in cloud computing emerging technologies or related technical fields. (GCP Preferred)
Experience in software program management and/or engineering management.
Experience leading software engineering teams (e.g. mentoring junior engineers, setting technical direction, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

PMP or CSM or any other relevant certification.
Knowledge of private and public cloud design considerations in the areas of; Big Data and Analytics, virtualization, global infrastructure, distributed systems, Cloud Networking, massive data storage, Hadoop, MapReduce, and security.
Track record of working towards strategic goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organization and prioritization skills.
Experience working cross-functionally in a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fluid environment.
Be responsible for the overall planning, actioning, and success of technical projects.
Provide the required hands-on software development and project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).
Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.
Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
