Job Description:
As a reliability engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance and up-time of applications. You will work closely with DevOps professionals to revive the pipelines and services that fail in production.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor the applications in clusters to ensure they working
- Triage failures in a timely manner and work with DevOps engineers to resolve them
- Build CI/CD pipelines
- Deploy releases into production environment
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and reduce cost
- Provide ongoing support for platform-related issues to other team members
- Assist with development activities as needed from time to time
- Integrate infrastructure and application monitoring tools
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve data pipeline issues
- Drive Customer issues to resolution
- Flexible in timings to work with global teams
Education and Experience Required
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Bachelor's with 4 years experience of Master's with 2 years experience
- 1+ years of relevant industry experience
Knowledge and Skills
- Programming in at least one of Python or Java
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark or Kafka
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Airflow
- Experience in one or more deployment tools such as Spinnaker or ArgoCD
- Experience working in cloud computing environments such as AWS
Additional Desirable Skills
- Experience with large-scale big data pipelines and distributed computing
- Good knowledge of Linux and shell scripting
- Exposure to visualization tools such as Grafana or Datadog

Annual Salary: $113,000.00 - $259,500.00
