A BS in Computer Science / Engineering over 5 years of comparable experience along with 3 to 5 years cybersecurity experience, 3 to 5 years government consulting experience and 2 to 5 years of experience with Microsoft and other federation/SSO solutions highly preferred.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of architecting, estimating and delivering solutions with enterprise customers in all industries, ability to manage ambiguity in an evolving and dynamic environment and the ability to challenge customer requirements and drive good trade off decisions based on business needs and technical constraints.

- Proven experience selling consulting engagements which includes estimating, including estimation models, scoping, development of budgetary estimates and proposals along with writing effective statements of work that clearly set expectations and limit risk.
- Demonstrated excellence at presenting complex technical topics to both executive and technical personnel
- An ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms including a working knowledge of different architectural frameworks that may be used by our customers.
- Exceptional demonstrated consulting skills
- Deep technical experience and knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services or other federation services
- Deep technical experience and knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory (GPO, Forest, Design, Scripting, ACL)
- Technical Experience and Knowledge of Single Sign-On and Federation architecture
- Technical Experience and knowledge of solutions leveraging Microsoft ADFS in on-premises, cloud and hybrid scenarios
- Large enterprise deployment experience in complex hybrid and/or heterogeneous environments
- Proven experience with federation models available for use with Office 365 (ADFS, Pass Through, Password Hash, Cloud Only)
- Proven experience with federation models for custom and third-party applications
- Experience with Azure B2C/B2B for customer account management and inter-business access
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory including forest and domain design, policies, trusts, replication and topology
- Proven experience with architectural design, development, migration, management and supporting O365 implementations with Azure AD Premium P1/P2
Preferred Skills needed for this role:
- Expertise in , deployment, migrations, and management
- Proven experience with Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager and/or Microsoft Identity Manger including hybrid cloud scenarios and identity lifecycle management
- Experience with full Microsoft (EMS) such as Privileged Access, Azure AD Identity Protection, Conditional Access, DLPs, Rights Management etc.
- Experience with network requirements around Office 365 such as but not limited to: Gateways, Proxies, Load balances, etc.
- Expertise in Oracle Identity Manager and Oracle Access Manager
- Experience with configuring smart cards for multi-factor authentication.
- A base understanding of common exploitation tools, tactics and procedures.
- Expertise in Azure Cloud based MFA services and MFA Server On-Premise revolving around high level design, deployment, and administration
- Advantage for candidates having a solid knowledge of security concepts, computer networking and experience shipping products and services on Azure, AWS or an equivalent platform
